These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by Michael Haimowitz ("I," "me," "my") through haimowitz.xyz. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Products sold on this site are digital downloads — plain text configuration files (.md) designed for use with Claude Code, a command-line tool published by Anthropic. Products include individual agent systems and skill packages, as described on the product pages.

These products require Claude Code (published by Anthropic) to function. Claude Code is a separate, third-party product not affiliated with this site. I make no representations regarding Claude Code's availability, pricing, or continued operation. Purchasing these files does not include a Claude Code subscription or Anthropic account.

4. No Warranty

Products are provided "as is." I do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or performance from using these agent files. Claude Code and the Claude API are third-party services, and their behavior is outside my control.

5. Delivery

Digital products are delivered by email after successful payment. Delivery is typically within a few minutes. If you do not receive your files within 24 hours, contact me at michael.haimowitz@gmail.com with your order confirmation.

7. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for billing, tax collection, and payment processing. Your payment details are handled by Paddle and are subject to their terms and privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
