Refund Policy

All products sold on this site are digital downloads. Because the files are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. However, I want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will work with you if something isn't right.
Eligible Refunds
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if:
- The files you received are corrupt, incomplete, or do not match what was described on the product page
- You did not receive your download link and I was unable to resolve the delivery issue
- You purchased in error (e.g. duplicate order) before accessing the files
Non-Refundable Cases
- You have downloaded and accessed the files
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- The files work as described but did not produce the results you hoped for — performance depends on your Claude Code setup, Anthropic account, and how you use the agents
- You changed your mind after downloading
How to Request a Refund

- Your order confirmation number
- The product(s) you purchased
- The reason for your refund request
I'll respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
